FAQS

Why do I need Hole-in-One Insurance?

Hole-in-One insurance is secured to indemnify you from all risks associated with your Hole-in-One prize contests. When you purchase your coverage from MFC Event Management, LLC, you no longer assume the responsibility of paying out the prize to the contest winner.

What information is necessary to get a Hole-In-One insurance quote?

In order to give you a no obligation risk-free quote, we need the following information: The approximate number of golfers at your outing, the yardage of the hole and the description/value of the prize you’ll be offering.

How far in advance of my event do I need to get Hole-In-One insurance?

Coverage should be paid for and in place 24 hours prior to the start of your tournament. It is always best to secure coverage as early in the planning process as possible. However, we know that things change at the last minute, and we’re here to help until the first golfer tees off.

What forms of payments are accepted?

Payment for your Hole-in-One insurance premiums may be made with any major credit card or by check. Please note that checks must be received no later than 7 days prior to the start of your event.

When does my policy take effect?

Your policy is secured after receipt of payment. You will be issued a certificate of coverage after payment of your premium is received.

Are discounts available if I run multiple events?

Yes, we offer discounts if you are involved in running multiple events and choose to use MFC Event Management for all of them. Please contact us for more information.

Someone shot a Hole-in-One, what happens next?

You must contact MFC Event Management, LLC within 24 hours after the event. It is imperative that you have followed all instructions and provided witnesses and video where required. Please make sure you review the requirements of your coverage prior to the event.
